Welcome

My pages on our journey in New York are finally published.

In a way, it is to pay tribute to the Big Apple and because of September 2001's events that I decided to accelerate the Internet publishing of our expedition.

You will read my comments (i.e. Bart's), written in a familiar documentary style. Soon you will find also those of Scote and Michel, that join mines in order to let you know their opinions, sensations, emotions, precisions, etc...
Bart is not even his real name!
And you should never put "..." after "etc".
(Here we go again!).

Go see it right now! You'll admire the Manhattan's most famous and splendid places.

The pictures contained in this site have been taken using a both domestic and disposable cameras. They have been digitally scanned and retouched.

I introduced a new feature in the way I present my pictures. I now use the jQuery LightBox plugin that renders a better presentation of my pictures when the visitor click on an image. I also added a small icon (), placed next to the image, in order to access its full scale version.

As usual, the full scale version is always loaded in the same annexed window (or tab). This technique allows having a quick look at my pages (especially if you have a slow connection), avoiding to fill your desktop screen uselessly, and viewing only the larger pictures you prefer.

Have a good visit!
