For those of you who never had any course on geography before (...and for those who dropped it...), here is an idea where is located France in the European continent:

During my stay, I'll live in the Rennes suburbs. Rennes is west of Paris, at about 350 km, in the region of Bretagne. Zooming in again, here is the Bretagne region and its surroundings:

The Bretagne ancestors were coming from Scotland and Irland (Celtics). Though French is spoken by the majority, certain Breton people still speaks Gaelic. The Gaelic language is a branch of the Celtic language, which comprise among others Gaule and Brittonic.

Rennes is the capital city of the Bretagne region. The city is surroundded by a highway called La Rocade:

In the south-west direction from Rennes is Chartres-De-Bretagne (>5000 people) and Bruz (>8000 people).

I stay in Chartres and I work on the way to Bruz.
